Pricing

Single Pitch - £70.00

(5-6ft table, with additional space for banners etc)

Double Pitch - £120.00

(10-12ft table, with additional space for banners etc)

All pitches must be secured with a £25 deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than a week before the fayre.

Singers/musicians- if you wish to perform live through a fayre, please message to discuss a reduction in fees.

Vehicles/transport companies- Pitches include space for 1 vehicle & a table. Additional vehicle spaces may be possible, but depends on availability & venue preferences.

When are our fayres?

Our fayres are always on a Sunday & open to the public 10am - 2pm or 11am - 3pm, (depending on the availability of the venue) but you'll always have 2 hours in order to set up your stall in before the fayre

We currently have 2 main fayre seasons throughout the year. Our spring season runs from mid January, through the engagement season to March. Our Autumn season runs between September & October.

At Wedding Exhibition & Promotions (W.E.P.) we've been matching wedding suppliers with the perfect couples for over 15 years.

We believe our events should provide engaged couples a full experience, to make planning their wedding as simple as possible. From leaving nothing to their imagination, with venues dressed to impress to chatting with a wide range of fantastic suppliers, building relationships & gaining knowledge from their years of experience.

By creating a wedding community, instead of just a fayre, our couples feel valued & come back to our fayres, for the benefit of everyone.
